I just learned today that Brentwood Homes will be the first 'tract" builder constructing homes in Carolina Park. Brentwood Homes hopes to start construction of two spec homes in the next few weeks. The two homes will be priced in the $420,000 to $450,000 range. The smaller of the two will be approximately 2213 sqft. with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The larger and more expensive home will be 2624 sqft. with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Brentwood homes builds homes throughout the Charleston area. In 2006, Brentwood became the largest "green" builder in South Carolina, committing that all homes built in Charleston would meet the EarthCraft House standard. Brentwood Homes has built over 1000 homes in the Charleston area. · Have three homemade soups on the menu daily, and that always includes out truly incredible “She Crab Soup.” But we do lots more like Shrimpster Stew, Chicken & Rice Soup, Potato Cheese Soup, Summer Crab Stew, Cheese Broccoli Soup, Tomato Basil Soup, Chili with Fresh Celantro, and lots and lots more!
